Le Curcuma longa, plus communément appelé curcuma, est une épice millénaire aux multiples vertus thérapeutiques.
Originaire de l'Inde et des régions tropicales de l'Asie du Sud-Est, son rhizome est reconnu pour ses propriétés médicinales et son rôle clé dans les traditions culinaires et médicales, notamment en médecine ayurvédique.
